Birthday Parties

Parties will take place from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm on Sunday afternoons (unless otherwise agreed). 

All parties will have:

• The capacity of up to 20 children (any children under 4 years will need to be fully supervised by an adult at all times)
• If you require additional child spaces (there will be a charge of £6 per child) which we will need to know in advance so that an additional coaches can be arranged
• Exclusive use of the gym and it’s equipment
• At least 2 qualified coaches (all coaches have full DBS/First Aid)
• 1 hour play on the equipment
• 30 minutes for food – tables will be put out for you – you may decorate as you wish

To book your party:

• First you will have yo email us shell.hpgym@yahoo.com
• We require a £60 deposit on booking
• The £60 balance can be paid by cash on the day or bank transfer prior to party taking place
• A signed waiver form for the party needs to be handed in in advance of the party, this will be emailed over once the party is booked

• If you can email back with the date that you would like, along with the name and age of the child we will be able to let you know if that date is available.
